Jennifer specialises in Family Law and in particular advising on and the drafting of separation agreements and applications for Judicial Separations and Divorce Decrees appearing both in the Circuit Court and High Court. She is a skilled and well respected practitioner within the District and Circuit Court where she appears weekly on behalf of a wide range of clients in relation to applications for guardianship, access, maintenance, safety and barring orders.

Jennifer also advises on all aspects of employment law and has appeared on behalf of clients at hearings of the Work Place Relations Commission (formerly the Employment Appeals Tribunal and Rights Commissioner ) and works closely with Gerard Burns in cases involving personal injury claims.
